This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how Kowatek Solar LTD (“Kowatek,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles shipping, delivery, and risk of loss for products ordered through https://kowatek.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Processing Time
· Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
· Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified of expected timelines.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
· We ship to all states within Nigeria and selected international destinations.
· Delivery methods include courier services, freight forwarding, or direct delivery by Kowatek’s logistics team.
· Customers may also arrange for local pickup from our office:
Suite 9, Royalty Plaza, 216 DBS Rd, Central Area, Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria.
3. Shipping Costs
· Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight, and delivery method.
· Shipping costs are displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated in a contract or during checking out process.
4. Delivery Timeframes
· Standard domestic deliveries: 3-7 business days.
· International deliveries: 7-21 business days, depending on customs and logistics partners.
· Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, supply chain issues, or force majeure events.
5. Order Tracking
· Once shipped, customers receive tracking details via email or SMS (where available).
· Some remote deliveries may not have real-time tracking updates.
6. Risk of Loss & Damages
· Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or pickup confirmation.
· Kowatek is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers.
· Customers must inspect packages at delivery and report visible damages immediately to both the courier and Kowatek.
7. International Shipping & Customs
· Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees in their respective countries.
· Kowatek is not liable for customs delays, restrictions, or confiscated items.
8. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
· If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
· Orders unclaimed or refused may be returned to Kowatek, and the Customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
9. Shipping Restrictions
· Some products (e.g., large battery banks, hazardous materials) may have restricted shipping options due to logistics or regulatory requirements.
· Customers will be informed before order confirmation if restrictions apply and how to arrange for acceptable delivery method.
10. Force Majeure
Kowatek shall not be held responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
