Payment Policy

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Kowatek Solar LTD (“Kowatek,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) manages payments for products and services purchased via https://kowatek.com or directly through our sales channels. By making a purchase, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to comply with this Policy.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

Kowatek accepts the following payment methods:

·         Bank Transfer (NGN accounts – details provided at checkout or invoice).

·         Debit/Credit Cards (processed through secure payment gateways).

·         Cash (for in-person orders at Kowatek’s office).

·         Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other supported tokens).


2. Payment Terms

·         Retail Orders: Full payment must be received before processing and shipment.

·         Project/Installation Orders:

o    A minimum deposit of 70% of the total project cost is required to secure equipment and scheduling.

o    The balance (30%) must be paid upon delivery/installation completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

·         Orders are only confirmed after Kowatek issues a written acknowledgment of payment.


3. Cryptocurrency Transactions

·         All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of price fluctuations.

·         Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are sent to the correct wallet address provided by Kowatek.

·         Any errors in transfer (wrong address, incorrect amount, unsupported tokens) remain the responsibility of the Customer.


4. Payment Confirmation

·         Customers will receive confirmation of payment via email, SMS, or invoice acknowledgment.

·         For bank transfers, customers may be required to provide payment proof before processing.


5. Late or Failed Payments

·         For project contracts, failure to pay outstanding balances on time may result in:

o    Suspension of delivery or installation.

o    Withholding of warranties or support until full payment is received.

o    Legal recovery of amounts due, with costs charged to the Customer.

·         Kowatek reserves the right to retain ownership of products until full payment is received.


6. Refunds

·         Refunds (if applicable) are handled under Kowatek’s Return & Refund Policy.

·         Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are generally non-refundable.


7. Security & Fraud Protection

·         All card and online payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems.

·         Kowatek reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment.


8. Currency

·         Payments are accepted in Nigerian Naira (₦) for domestic orders.

·         International orders may be billed in USD or other currencies, depending on payment method and what is acceptable by the payment gateway company.


9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes relating to payments must be reported to Kowatek within 7 days of the transaction. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law and Kowatek’s Terms & Conditions.
